In order to comply with State and Federal laws, the following Board Policy and Administrative Regulation is presented to the Board for its second reading and approval:

Background:
The Governing Board is required by law to update its policies and administrative regulations to reflect current changes in Education Code, Penal Codes, Government Code, United States Code, Code of Federal Regulations and applicable State and Federal laws.
