Background: |
|
Pursuant to State law, the District is required to establish and appoint a citizens' oversight committee to review bond expenditures for the purpose of ensuring that Measure H funds are spent on voter-approved projects. The District has previously established committees to review expenditures under Measure S and Measure C. This resolution approves amended and restated bylaws that will govern the administration of the existing committee and add Measure H to its oversight. |
