Resolution No. 12 - 2024/2025 certifies that the proposition authorizing general obligation bonds of the District in an amount not to exceed $38,000,000 (the "Bond Measure") was approved by more than fifty-five percent of the votes cast on the Bond Measure at an election on November 5, 2024 (the "Election"), and that the Bond Measure was approved according to law. |

The District has received the official election results from the Riverside County elections official confirming the passage of Measure H. Under State law, the Board must officially enter the results in its minutes, which is accomplished by adopting this resolution. |
