Authorize the staff to process necessary transfers of appropriation of excess funds, transfers between designated and/or unappropriated fund balances, and any expenditure classifications, or balance any expenditure classification of the budget. This action has been requested and approved on an annual basis each fiscal year. |

Background: |
|
During the course of the fiscal year, budget revisions become necessary to bring the budgeted revenues and expenditures into balance with actual receipts and expenses. By making these appropriation adjustments to actuals, the district will reflect a more realistic accurate uncommitted balances. |
