A Notice Inviting Bids was publicly advertised on March 20th and March 27th, 2025, and the District received eleven (11) responsive bids. On Wednesday, April 30, 2025, the Perris Elementary School District Staff Team, consisting of (2) Perris ESD Staff Members, (1) Construction Management Team Member, held an in-person meeting to review bids for responsiveness and best value. An analysis of the bids received indicates that Dulux Painting DBA Depot Painting of Rancho Palos Verdes, CA is the most responsive and best value proposer. |
