The lease with PEAC Solutions will terminate in April of 2025. It is in the best interest of the District to buy out the classroom printers.

Background
:

In September of 2021, the Governing Board approved an amendment to the lease agreement with Xerox Financial Services for classroom printers. At the conclusion of the lease, the District has three (3) options. 1. Buy out the current equipment at fair market value (FMV), 2. Renew the agreement with the current equipment, 3. Enter into a new agreement with new equipment.
