On September 12, 2024, the Board awarded Unit Bid No. 2024-25-001 for General Contractor services to New Dimension General Construction, Inc. and JS Easterday Construction, Inc. effective September 13, 2024 through June 30, 2025. The District can enter into agreements without doing the RFP process each time general contracting services are required.
