Background
:
|
One of the mandates resulting from the Williams Settlement is the requirement that school districts use the Uniform Complaint Process to help identify and resolve any deficiencies related to instructional materials, condition of facilities, and teacher vacancy or misassignment. This legislation also requires school districts to report summarized data on the nature and resolution of all complaints on a quarterly basis to the County Superintendent of Schools and the Governing Board of each school district.
